“ Becoming more efficient and more competitive ” Tal Oren ,VP Global Resources, and the outgoing Chief Transformation Officer (CTO): The One Nilit process constitutes a platform that now connects most of the organization’s departments and is already receiving expression at all of Nilit Group’s sites. In Migdal Ha’Emek, we are continuing the process under the leadership of the plants’ personnel and, this year, we are focusing on sustaining the achievements of the previous year in terms of building infrastructure and work methods, as well as increasing operations efficiency, with the emphases on quality, safety and efficiency. The emphasis on cutting costs and creating a more streamlined cost structure is designed to increase Nilit’s competitive capabilities. Alongside cost-cutting measures, which are achieved through local processes and global procurement processes, the commercial team is working to design a more profitable product basket.The global management of the entire process is made possible through weekly “war room” meetings led by Ilan Melamed , Nilit’s General Manager.
