Teva CFS Book English

Getting it done together year, shared: “2006 was a very exciting year and I felt that I was quitting while I was ahead. It was hard to leave the plant. I spent 8 years there and it went a long way in the time I was there. Even today when I come to visit the plant, it’s fun to meet the people that remember the challenges we overcame together and it’s always nice to reminisce”. Fortunately for the staff at the Kfar Saba plant, in 2007 the plant in Jerusalem started operating and the load on Kfar Saba started to lighten. A glorious past, a glorious future When you remember a record period like the one the Kfar Saba site experienced in 2006, you can’t help but think about the plant’s present and future. David Lustig, who has 22 years of work at Teva under his belt - many in senior management positions, 8 years of which are at Kfar Saba, says: “I have a lot of confidence in the plant’s future. There is currently an excellent pool of workers at Kfar Saba, the majority of which are young and have a quality academic education, with high capabilities and excellent potential. I believe that by working properly they will lead the plant to the technological challenges of the future, which are even more complex than those we experienced in the past”. “ I have a lot of confidence in the plant’s future. There is currently an excellent pool of workers at Kfar Saba, the majority of which are young and have a quality academic education, with high capabilities and excellent potential ” [David Lustig] 49
