Caring “Adopt a Warrior” - Adopting shared learning Since 2010, the plant in Kfar Saba has adopted Squadron 113 as part of the Adopt a Warrior program. Throughout the years, the mutual learning of both organizations stands at the center of the joint annual activity. We discussed at length the similarities and differences between both organizations, we got to know how the squadron operated in routine and emergency, we conducted a joint orienteering activity in the desert, discussed the investigations and learning lessons, as well as a joint activity on change management, which was very relevant to both organizations. The fact that both parties benefit undoubtedly helps the motivation to continue the activity from one year to another.
