Caring “Adopt a Warrior” - Adopting shared learning Since 2010, the plant in Kfar Saba has adopted Squadron 113 as part of the Adopt a Warrior program. Throughout the years, the mutual learning of both organizations stands at the center of the joint annual activity. We discussed at length the similarities and differences between both organizations, we got to know how the squadron operated in routine and emergency, we conducted a joint orienteering activity in the desert, discussed the investigations and learning lessons, as well as a joint activity on change management, which was very relevant to both organizations. The fact that both parties benefit undoubtedly helps the motivation to continue the activity from one year to another. The Supply Chain Department at the Amichai NPO, which works for the welfare of people with different developmental disabilities, living in the Sharon area. ▲ Human Resources - candle lighting at Meir Hospital Bringing light to hospitalized children During Hanukkah 2012, the Human Resources Department at the Kfar Saba site didn’t forget that there were children that couldn't celebrate the holiday at home. The department came to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba and brought the spirit of the holiday to the children, in the form of arts and crafts, balloon shapes, candle lighting, and donuts.
