The ones whose photos appear represent with dignity tens of additional outstanding employees who received recognition throughout the years. The outstanding employees are an example and model of professionalism, partnership, and passion at work. We select outstanding employees as ones that are motivated, initiate team work, are inspirational, and serve as a role model. These employees put Teva’s values into action by constantly striving to improve and exhibiting innovation. The process of selecting the outstanding employees, including selecting the site-wide outstanding employee, selecting the outstanding employee throughout Teva and finally - the top outstanding employees comes to Yedioth Ahronoth’s industry- wide outstanding employee competition and to a festive ceremony at the President's house, as shown in the photos. Teva venerates its outstanding employees also beyond the ceremonies. For example, Gidon Elsa, the first Ethiopian to be join the Granulation Department, was awarded the outstanding employee award in 1991 (and again in 1998) and was invited by the late Eli Hurvitz to accompany him on a tour of Teva plants in Hungary. ▲ Alon Noy - outstanding employee of 2007 ▲ Erez Vigodman at the outstanding employee ceremony and awarding scholarships to the employees’ children, outstanding pupils, with Tami Gesher and her daughter Shahar Daodi - outstanding employee of 2010 with Shimon Peres and Eli Yishay ▲ As part of the quality courses in the industry, the warehouses quality team won first place from among all the teams at Teva and made it to the President’s house.
